Sukie terms of use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Sukie is a loyalty app for neighbourhood shops in the Philippines. Customers collect stamps or points at the shops they visit and use them for the rewards each shop offers. Customers use app.sukie.ph; shops use merchant.sukie.ph.

Sukie is run by Crewinabox Software Development Services, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship (DTI No. 8408202) owned by Rizi Kweyd Cruz Gonzales. Write to us at contact@sukie.ph.

These terms apply to you when you use Sukie, together with the reward rules each shop publishes on its shop page. Agreements made electronically are valid under Philippine law. If your shop signed a pilot agreement with us and it says something different about pilot pricing, support or commitments, the signed agreement wins unless we both agree to change it.

For customers

Stamps, points and rewards

  • Each shop funds and honours its own rewards. Sukie keeps the record.
  • Stamps and points have no cash value. They can't be sold, cashed out, given to another customer or used at a different shop.
  • Sukie is not a payment app or a wallet. We never hold your money.
  • If stamps are missing, points look wrong or a reward wasn't honoured, ask the shop first. If it's a problem with the app or your records, contact us. "No cash value" doesn't take away your rights under consumer law if a shop misleads you or breaks a promise.

Expiry

Each shop decides whether its stamps or points expire after a period without visits, and shows that rule on its shop page. A shop's rule only affects that shop's stamps or points. Shops must say when the clock starts and resets, tell customers before changing the rule, and never take away rewards you've already earned.

Your account

  • Sukie is for adults, 18 and older. We don't check ages.
  • Sign in with a Philippine mobile number you control. We text you a one-time code; there's no password. Keep codes to yourself. You stay signed in on a phone for 60 days before we ask for a new code.
  • We ask for your first and last name so shop staff can recognise you. Email is optional.
  • Don't fake visits or rewards, tamper with codes, use someone else's account, work around our security, copy other people's records or disrupt the service.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account for fraud, serious misuse, legal reasons or security risks. We'll tell you why and let you challenge a mistake, unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

To delete your own account, go to Me → Privacy → Delete my account and confirm with a text code. Redeem the rewards you want first: deleting removes your details straight away and freezes your cards. See Delete your account.

For shops

Your shop account

  • Each shop has one Sukie account: an email address and password we issue. During the pilot, shops join by invitation.
  • Everyone who works with the app — owner, manager, cashier — is added to that account by name and gets a six-digit PIN, the owner included. Actions at the counter are recorded under whoever typed their PIN.
  • Managers can do everything a cashier can, plus correct or reverse transactions and make adjustments. Only the owner can change settings, rewards, staff or money-related limits.
  • You're responsible for who has the password and PINs and for what they do. Remove people when they leave. You must have authority to act for the shop.

Your programme

  • Choose stamps or points before you publish. It can't be switched afterwards.
  • Fund and honour your rewards, and publish accurate rules: how customers earn, what they get, any restrictions, and expiry.
  • Changing your offer or leaving Sukie doesn't cancel rewards customers already earned.
  • Follow consumer and promotion rules. If your promotion needs a DTI permit, get one — Sukie's registration doesn't cover your shop.

What your staff can see

Staff see a customer's name, the last four digits of their number, and their stamps or points and visits at your shop only — never full numbers, emails, locations or other shops' records. Use this only for your loyalty programme, and tell your staff how their own details are used (see the privacy notice).

Corrections and reversals

Use the app's correction and reversal tools for genuine mistakes. Every correction and reversal is logged. Don't use them to hide fraud, rewrite history or dodge earned rewards, and explain any disputed adjustment to the customer.

Pilot and pricing

  • Shops pay nothing during the pilot. Under the pilot agreement, free access starts once onboarding is complete and lasts at least 60 days, or until Sukie's official launch if that's later.
  • Paid plans need a separate agreement. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of the price, billing period, start date and how to cancel. Nothing is charged during your free period or backdated.
  • Pilot shops agree to use Sukie for real, give weekly feedback, report problems, join a Day 15 usability interview and a Day 45 conversion discussion, display the sign-up materials we supply and introduce Sukie to staff. In return we set up your shop, train your staff, supply materials, support you directly and fix reported issues.
  • We'll publish at least one social media post about your shop and programme during the pilot, after you've approved the facts. Pilot shops are eligible for launch discounts; we'll send the details before launch, and withdrawing from the pilot doesn't automatically lose your eligibility.

Closing your shop

Email contact@sukie.ph from the shop's registered address. We process closures within 30 days. Pilot shops can withdraw at any time without a fee or penalty; seven days' notice is appreciated, not required. Before you close, tell customers how to redeem outstanding rewards, and honour claims that arrive after access ends. Unused balances don't turn into cash or move to another shop. Customers keep their Sukie accounts and their cards at other shops.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care, but we can't promise Sukie will never be down or never have a bug. Shops stay responsible for their offers, staff and fulfilment; Sukie stays responsible for its own conduct and legal duties.

If Sukie breaks these terms and your shop loses money as a result, the most we'll pay is ₱5,000 or the fees your shop paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is higher. This limit doesn't apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, privacy violations or anything the law says can't be limited, and it doesn't reduce what a signed pilot agreement already promises. Customers' legal rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We'll give at least 30 days' notice before big changes — anything that affects fees, your rights or how we use data. Small fixes take effect when posted. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner. Rewards already earned are never affected.

Law and complaints

Philippine law governs these terms. Write to contact@sukie.ph first; we'd rather fix things directly. You can also go to the DTI, the National Privacy Commission or the Philippine courts.
